Can we have our own artworks on speakers and packaging?
Yes, our factory provides customized printing service. Pls ask our sales persons for templates of the item(s) you want to order and make your own design

Is there any quality guarantee your factory provides?
Each components of our products must be passed the test of our QC, including the housing part, electronic components, printing, packaging and so on. The whole unit must be 100% passed the inspection of function and appearance again in our factory after the completion of assembling. We accept the inspection from clients or the third party. If we can’t pass the inspection, we’ll re-produce the goods until we meet the quality standard. Furthermore, we provide 1 year guarantee after the shipment for all electronic products.

Do you have Patent certificates of your products?
We owned Utility Model Patent, Design Patent or Invention Patent of all our products. You maybe will find some illegal copy factories in China and their price is a litter lower than us. But please take note that their lower price is just because they use worse material, simpler packaging, lower quality electronic parts to cut down the costs. By so doing, the quality of the products goes worse, too. We highly suggest you compare the quality and packaging carefully before you make your final decision.

Can you promise to deliver on time?
Our sales persons will have a meeting with our production dept. to discuss the production schedule before you place the order, so most of our orders are on time. We actually the delivery postpone ratio is less than 3% because of some unforeseen problems during the production process such as poor quality materials lead to rework.

Do you have any major quality accidents occurred? How to deal with?
We have very strict pre-shipment inspection process, so the defective rate of our products is less than 1%. But since our products are electronic products, we can not ensure that the components will not have qualitative change during transportation and storage. Anyway, we haven’t received complaints from our clients or consumers. As for small scale of exchange, you need to return the products first, we’ll have an inspection and evaluation, and finally make a replacement.
